About The Cathedral Deli
The Cathedral Deli is a relaxed, friendly deli & café specializing in all things Kentish and providing food to eat in or take away. We are also licensed to sell selected wines, champagne and bottled beer 7 days a week. We first opened our doors to great success in mid 2009 and ever since our friendly conversation, superb Monmouth coffee and wonderful food has led the Deli to become one of the most popular places in Canterbury to escape the bustle of the city.
Our aim is to bring the Garden of England into the Heart of Canterbury.
We are passionate about providing a range of seasonal traditional British foods, hand prepared with Kentish ingredients. To achieve this we work with local farms, farmer’s markets & suppliers, and are extremely proud to use their produce in our home cooked food. So much so, in fact, that we stock a range of their local produce in the Deli including meats, cheeses, breads, and sweet treats. We cater for vegetarians and the gluten intolerant. Our most popular dishes include Shepherd's pie, fish pie, cheese scone with goat's cheese, red onion marmalade & rocket, not forgetting our famous sausage rolls!
We are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and early supper. We also cater for business lunches, schools, private parties and provide free delivery within the local area.

Monday to Saturday we are open from 9am until 7pm
On Sundays we are open from 11am until 4pm
